Arsene Wenger looks set to continue as Arsenal manager after reportedly agreeing on a new two-year contract in a meeting with club owner Stan Kroenke.
With an official announcement expected on Wednesday, the Frenchman appears poised to extend his 21-year tenure with the Londoners.
Wenger’s future has been unclear in recent weeks with his contract running out and their fifth-place finish in the Premier League last season seeing the Gunners miss out on the Champions League for the first time since he took over.
However, Wenger pointed to their recent FA Cup final victory over Chelsea as proof that he can still lead the club to glory.
