The American Carter Center has been denied accreditation to monitor Morocco’s upcoming parliamentary elections, Moroccan paper Al Massae said in today’s edition.
The Moroccan daily said that the Moroccan Ministry of Interior has denied over 1000 international institutions accreditation to monitor Morocco’s on-door parlementary elections.
The Carter Center is a nongovernmental, not-for-profit organization founded in 1982 by former U. S. President Jimmy Carter and his wife Rosalynn Carter.
It is worth reminding that Morocco’s National Council for Human Rights said earlier that 91 international monitors will be present in the wake of the upcoming elections.
