The top 20 entrants of Citi FM’s Write-Away Contest 2016 have been announced on the Traffic Avenue.
The contest had children between the ages of 10 and 14 write stories that end with the phrase, “Fortune favours the bold.”
The entries were then marked by external examiners and then the twenty young people, who had evidently written the most impressive stories, after their scripts had marked, made it to the coveted shortlist.
Each of the top 20 will receive GHc500 from Moneygram, with the overall winner receiving a cash prize of GHc5,000.
