Ghanaian actor, Joseph Osei, known in the industry as Wayoosi has for the first time spoken from his hospital bed sounding very disappointed in the dead rumours people have been spreading about him on social media.
According to ‘Bobo’ who spoke from the Okomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi in an interview with Busumuru of seancitygh.com this afternoon(7th August, 2016), he is aware of all the dead rumours and continued to tell Ghanaians to support him in prayers.
“I think I am speaking with seancitygh, Is today not Sunday, 7th August, 2016? Please Busumuru, are you speaking to a ghost? I am in the hospital but I am aware of everything going on outside about me. I will thank Ghanaians who are wishing me well. This is not the first time something like this has happened in Ghana. They did the same thing to Daddy Lumba. They should write and tell the truth, because when love ones hear about these rumours, they become more heartbroken. It can happen to everyone. I am calling on all Ghanaians to support me.”
Several rumours have been circulating on the social media almost everyday about the death of the actor which have all been proven to be false.
The Creative Arts Ministry last week presented a sum of GHC5000 to Wayoosi at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital where he is still receiving treatment.
