2015 Black Entertainment Television (BET) award winner Stonebwoy known in real life as Livingstone Etse Satekla has donated undisclosed amount of money to his alma mater “Tema Methodist Senior High School.
The “Go Higher” hitmaker [Stonebwoy], and current manager Black Cidis took upon themselves to visit Stonebwoy’s alma mater Tema Day Methodist Senior High School in Accra.
Stonebwoy donation is to support final year students who’re going to embark on their WASSCE examination this year 2017.
According to him, i have being through this before and i know how it’s feel when one or two can’t afford to pay all their fees before starting school. “..So i decided to support five students who are unable to afford their school, so they can sit and write their examination and pass with distinction, he said”.
In an interview with some beneficiary of the scholarship: A final year student was elated for Stonebwoy’s kind gesture to support his education. The artistes didn’t only donate cheques to the students but also provided five books from the best selling author Elorm Bennie’s “Love Myelitis”.
