Shortly after President Akufo-Addo’s State of the Nation’s address (SONA), Member of Parliament (MP) for the Klottey Korle Constituency, Zanetor Agyeman-Rawlings, decided to take a quick shot with her parents; former president Jerry John Rawlings and Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings.
Zanetor posted the picture on her Instagram page.
The eldest daughter of the Rawlings, who visibly grinned in the photo, captioned the picture as “With mum and dad in parliament house – after Prez. Akufo-Addo’s state-of-the-nation address.”
President Akufo-Addo presented his maiden State of the Nation’s address (SONA) at the Parliament yesterday.
The President touched on issues ranging from the economy, education, health and energy among others.
Despite painting a gloomy picture of the economy as bequeathed to him from the previous National Democratic Congress (NDC), the President said he would ensure that the Ghanaian economy does not collapse under his watch.
