Founder and Leader of Heaven’s Gate Ministries, Nicholas Osei, popularly known as Prophet Kumchacha, has revealed Pastors spend offertories on personal needs.
According to the controversial Preacher, there is nothing wrong with the practice because Pastors have to look good in other to make a good impression.
“It is not a sin to use part of one’s annual income contributed by members for the upkeep of servants of God because even ‘Ducks’ have a way of surviving,” said Prophet Kumchacha.
He hinted that Pastors use some of the money for their clothing, food, advertisement, and entertainment.
Kumchacha also advised Ghanaians not to complain when they are asked to pay for consultation fee because it is just a way of showing appreciation.
“I don’t work for CocoBod so when you come to my church and I charge you for a consultation fee, I don’t expect you to complain because if I don’t take that money how do I dress to impress when you see me in town or on your TV when preaching”, he said in Twi.
