Progressive People’s Party (PPP) parliamentary candidate for Atwima Kwawoma constituency in the Ashanti Region, Abraham Kofi Davis, has registered his displeasure over the disqualification of the party’s flag-bearer, Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom.
The Cow and Chicken actor in an interview with Entertainment Today yesterday via telephone said: “I’m not happy that our flag-bearer has been disqualified.”
According to him the Electoral Commission (EC) must do the right thing by reversing its disqualification decision.
He said “It is sad and painful because the man genuinely wants to serve Ghana and he has great vision for the country.”
He noted that the youth in the country need jobs and free education which, he said, can happen under an Nduom presidency.
Popularly known as Salinko, he revealed that he has filed his nomination forms, and also paid a filing fee of GHC10,000
