Award winning high life musician, Kojo Antwi says his latest song “Mi Yoo” loosely translated as “my woman”, is not one of his best.
The musician who was speaking to Rainbow Radio’s host Fiifi Pratt said, the track cannot be one of his best. Kojo Antwi said, he don’t like using the word best but always focus on doing ‘’something different’’ from his previous works.
The musician who is credited with over 13 studio albums said, he is still doing well as always hence, those saying he’s no more relevant are making baseless arguments.
He said, writing dance-able songs are not difficult but writing ballads that can touch people’s heart is most important to him.
Some of works are:
All I Need is You (1986); Anokye (1989); Groovy (1994); Mr Music Man (1992);
To Mother Afrika (1995); Superman (1998); Afrafra (1999); Don’t Stop the Music (2000); Akuaba (2000); Densu (2002); Alpha (Compilation) (2003); Tattoo (2006) and Mwaaah! (2009).
