Yes, it is a season of bribery, with allegations and accusations of bribery flying all over the music industry – www.entertainmentgh.com can state!
George Quaye is speaking bribery matters against Ghanaian gospel artists, Kwasi Aboagye is asserting that George takes the bribes and Nicholas Omane-Acheampong is fingering DJ Sarpee of paying bribes to VGMA Academy Members in 2013. This is surely a season of bribery!
Oh, but wait, there’s more!
In the heat of the GHAMRO impasse, where members are accusing the Board of not being accountable for its stewardship, Kwasi Ernest, CEO of Media Excel, has been accused of taking bribe too.
According to Randy Nunoo, Kwasi Ernest has taken bribe from Kojo Antwi to defend his administration.
The musician accused the producer/manager when he spoke to KMJ on DayBreak Hitz on Hitz 103.9FM.
“You have taken bribe. Be careful. Stop what you are doing,” he warned.
He took more jabs at Kwasi.
“You are a small boy. When we started doing music, you were nowhere.”
He also made some revelation on Kwasi’s association to Kojo Antwi.
“I sat in your car and you told me Kojo has asked you to help him.”
Kwasi, in his response, stated that, there’s nothing wrong in accepting to help Kojo Antwi in the running of the organization.
