The management of the talented and uprising entertainment personality, Kwame Citizen has rendered an apology to the good people of Ghana for what happened at the Black Stars Square during the 60th Independence Day Celebrations in Accra.
In a letter released by the management of Kwame, what happened at the parade when the young boy was to deliver the last message as part of the play staged by some Kumawood actors was not from the small and that Ghanaians should forgive him.
“We will like to sincerely apologize to the good people of Ghana for what happened at the parade grounds of the 60th Independence Day Celebrations in Accra at the Black Stars Square. What happened resulting to Kwame’s poor performance was not from the him but rather from some technical hitches and pressure from the parade army commander. Let us rise above criticising what happened and help build a good mother Ghana worth and love living. We also want to state that Kwame Citizen has learned a lot of lessons from the act and he as a result wants his fans to continue supporting him. Kwame however thanks the good people of Ghana and expresses his profound gratitude to them. He asks Ghanaians to also support him in prayers as he has a lot for Ghanaians and the world.”
Kwame Citizen was to deliver the last message as part of the play staged by some Kumawood actors consisting of Agya Koo, Akrobeto and others at the 60th Independence Day Celebrations in Accra at the Black Stars Square.
During the delivery, there was technical failures from the microphone coupled with pressure from the parade army commander as he ordered everything to be brought to a close which the young boy could not stand the pressure from the army commander.
