For most Churches in Ghana it is forbidden to wear a pair of trousers to church service but according to gospel act, Piesie Esther she sees no problem with women putting on trousers to church.
“First we heard people saying you can’t wear trousers to church but ladies put them on at home so it’s the same thing… For me I’m comfortable in that it doesn’t expose part of your body.”
She added that “It’s ok for women to wear trousers to church but they should put on the decent ones which will not expose parts of their body. Women who put on tight trousers can do that with good fitting top to cover the too tight parts.”
Speaking on Kasapa Entertainment’s ‘Pae Mu Ka’ segment, the ‘Ziba b3Ko’ hitmaker commenting on why some female Christians now find it difficult to cover their hair with scarf, said though the female head covering policy instituted by some of the renowned churches is a bother to some young ladies, it can’t be easily scraped off.
