Veteran Ghanaian actor Kofi Adjorlolo has disclosed that he loves clubbing during his spare time.
The bubbly actor made this disclosure on Metro TV’s ‘The Lounge with Kofi Adjorlolo’ on Thursday, “Apart from hanging out with friends after my acting sessions, I sometimes go to the club.” “I know people raise eyebrows when I reveal this part of me but it’s just because I love music,” he added.
He hinted that when he was way younger, he used to DJ at clubs. “I used to perform with Felix Bell (Daniel in the Lion’s Den hit maker) and play in other bands as well … so you see, if I hadn’t ended up in acting, I would probably be a DJ or musician now, and I’m pretty sure I would have been a better DJ than a lot of the young ones around, I won’t mention names; they know themselves” he said teased.
Kofi Adjorlolo also talked about his most recent appearance in ‘Ghana Must Go’, a movie produced by Yvonne Okoro and directed by the award-winning Frank Rajah and based on historical event where Ghanaians living and working in Nigeria were sent packing out of the country, and how he brought his experience from that era to the screen.
