Maverick Lawyer Maurice Ampaw has stated that it is not out of place for partners in relationships to engage in ‘doggy’ style during sexual intercourse.
He argued that it is wrong for partners to engage in anal sex describing it as illegal.
According to him, no sex position is illegal apart from anal sex.
Lawyer Ampaw admonished partners to ensure that men’s ‘penises’ do not find their ways into the wrong holes (anus) of women when satisfying their sexual libidos.
Speaking on Ladies Talk on Abusua FM hosted by Nana Hemaa, he accused men of deliberately engaging in anal sex arguing that culprits be made to face the full rigours of the law when caught.
According to him, any woman who allows a man to have sex with her through the anus must also be punished.
‘No sex position is illegal under the laws of the country except when the penis enters the anus of a woman during sexual intercourse. Partners can be creative by even engaging in karate styles during love making and nobody will deal with them. Doggy style is recommendable, but a doggy style which will mistakenly turn into anal sex is criminal. Some of the men deliberately attempt to enter the women through their anuses and it is wrong,’ he said.
The Private Legal Practitioner advised people who use doggy style as a bait for anal sex to desist from the act.
‘People should position themselves well when they want to go the doggy way, in order not to offend the law,’ he urged.
Doggy style is a sexual position in which one partner is penetrated from behind by the other while supporting themselves on their hands and knees.
