Contemporary Ghanaian Gospel musician Cwesi Oteng has urged Ghanaians to embrace change of government as Ghana goes to the polls on December 7.
“You can believe in change and dare it. People complain there’s division in NPP but every organization there are people with different views and if those people give their views… what do you expect around the leader? You will expect loyal people around the leader so people that surround him must understand that this is an institution that you ought to be loyal… just loyalty and be part of the whole change.
“For me I think that every Government should be vetted on the basis of what they said they will do… I believe we’ve had eight years of better Ghana and blessed be the name of the Lord but let’s also believe in change.”
Though he announced his endorsement for the New Patriotic Party’s Flagbearer, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo via his Twitter handle on Saturday [September 10] by posting, “I would like to show my support for @NAkufoAddo and to fully endorse him to be our next POGH, he however paid a courtesy call on him today, September 23, 2016 at his Nima residence to officially declare his support for the presidential candidate ahead of the December 7 elections.
