The superintendent minister of Methodist Church Ghana mission in Canada, Very Reverend Joseph Owusu Atuahene has launched the church’s 2016 harvest.
Launching the harvest on July 3, 2016 at the Ghana Methodist Church of Toronto, Reverend Joseph Owusu Atuahene urged all members to commit their resources to the work of God and in return receive abundance grace and blessings from God.
Preaching under the theme, “empowered to bear witness” Reverend Owusu Atuahene observed that when God blesses his children to bear witness for him no one can withhold that from him.
He asked the congregants to note that whatever they have achieved in their lives was made possible by God and therefore they were bound to bear witness of God.
“We have a responsibility to bear witness of God’s grace and abundance mercies and blessings to the world” he stated clearly.
Very Reverend Joseph Owusu Atuahene cautioned members not to play with the spirit of arrogance rather, “You should know that you have a creator to glorify as whiles you keep content with what he has blessed you with”.
The minister of God posited that the omnipotent father is always ready to reequip his obedient children to go out and bear witness of his might and proclaim to the world his mercies and blessings.
He further observed with sadness that so many people have closed the door of grace and blessings to their lives and urged them to use the master key which is the power of giving to open the door of grace and blessing to their lives.
This message interlaced with miraculous testimonies of some Christians who through giving reaped abundant blessings from God, touched the hearts of the congregants who contributed various sums of monies towards the main harvest which would be held on November 27, 2016.
