GCB Bank Limited (GCB) has opened a new branch in Weija area of the Ga South Municipality of the Greater Accra Region.
This comes within a month after the Bank commissioned its Adjiringanor branch in the East Legon area in Accra. Prior to this GCB opened two other branches in Amasaman and Haatso both in the Greater Accra Region.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, the Chief Finance Officer of the Bank, Mr Socrates Afram, said the commissioning of new branches and expansion of the Bank’s network are part of the Bank’s rebranding programme to make it a world-class Bank.
He said the people of Weija and New Bortiano and surrounding communities would have a taste of superior experience and modern infrastructure the Bank had provided.
“The new layout of our branches encourage an easy and fast flow of customers through our banking halls for personal banking services while welcoming and plush lounges offer a conducive environment for business discussions and transactions,” he said.
“We are modernising and doing so very fast. This is attested to not only by the new ultra-modern branches but also by the warm reception at our branches…”.
Mr Afram said apart from injecting modernity into GCB’s ambience and operations, service delivery is being enhanced for the convenience of customers and the public.
He urged salaried workers to take advantage of the GCB 24-Hour Personal Loan and small businesses to avail themselves of the Bank’s SME Loans, while big businesses take advantage of the Bank’s Corporate Banking and Investment products and services to expand their business.
