Mr. Anwobor added that “considerations are to have our prepaid credits sold at fuel stations to provide a 24-hour sale of the ECG credit”.
“Not only that, we are also making provisions to introduce emergency credit for customers whose credit exhaust in the night, so that they can use the emergency credit that can later be deducted at their next recharge.”

Apart from creating more customer centers, the company also it is also discussing the possibility of a bulk text messaging service to customers to give them prior notice about impending shutdowns.
According to him, the radio may not be totally effective because a customer going to be affected by a planned shutdown may not be listening to that particular medium at the time the shutdown is announced.
“We believe bulk text messaging or even Whatsapp message will help us a lot”.
Mr. Anwobor concluded that, these considerations will feature prominently in the company’s activities in 2017.
